Credit bureaus are commercial businesses created to make a profit. They
make their money by selling your credit report to other businesses.
Someone with bad credit actually means more business for them because

Will removed items ever come back to my report?
In most cases it will not return however often the creditor will sell
the account to another company which may post it as long as the account
is no older than 7 years old. On occasion, a negative listing which was
deleted will be verified by the creditor. Keep in mind that the Fair
Credit Reporting Act requires that the bureau inform you of any
reinstatement resulting from a previously deleted item. The FCRA has
made it difficult for a credit bureau to re-report listings. as a result
of these factors, it is rare for a previously deleted item to reappear
on your credit history once it has been deleted. If an item is
re-reported, it will be a simple matter for Delaware Credit Repair to
challenge the entry again at some future time to get it permanent
deletion. We try to remove those as well and have had good luck at it.
How do I get my credit report to you?
We recommend using Privacy Guard.
After you sign up for your 3-bureau reports online, just provide your
login information and we will access it directly into your control
panel.
When I request my own credit report will it hurt my credit scores?
When you personally request your own credit report it will have no impact upon your credit scores.
Why do I need a 3-bureau report?
3-bureau reports are simple to obtain and they permit our experts to conduct a proper analysis of your credit factor side-by-side for a combined comparison where we identify your credit discrepancies between the three bureaus. This deficiency is usually indicative of an error on the reports.
How many negative discrepancies are dispute at a time?
We dispute 9 items (3 items per bureau) every 35 days.
How long does the program last?
This is a difficult question to answer as everyone’s situation is different, however on the average our clients should see positive results within a six month period. Naturally, the duration of the program will depend a lot upon the number of negative items listed on your credit report which we will need to dispute as well as the responses we receive from the credit bureaus.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work we are doing on your behalf we will refund your money. We would be a fool to attempt to predict a specific rating or achievement in your credit report however we assure you that our goals are the same as yours - to improve your credit score. With that thought in mind we will do everything possible to maximize the results towards that end.
Can you help with outstanding debt?
